Vulcan Software are developing there first Serious application but of course it is game orientated, giving you the chance to make your own 3D game. This product is capable of producing true 3D environments with true perspective and full 360 degree rotation (also up and down) and supports AGA and 90% of known Graphics cards.
You get to choose your own world, add corridors, steps, windows, floors, ceilings, doors, walls (at any angle), slopes, and crevasses. Select surface textures from the many default images supplied or import your own iff's to be texture mapped on surfaces. Add objects like desks, barrels, stools, crates, drink machines or anything else your imagination allows. Position the enemies, grunts, monsters, assassins from the many default characters supplied (or create your own) and simply tag their intelligence levels to suit your world. Place pickups like ammunition, weapons, keys, switches, elevator levers and finally the position for the player to start. Then use the Vulcan 3D Player (that comes with the package) and try it out and post it to Aminet so anybody can play it.
This is only some of the options to choose from but already I think Amiga Flame will be having a go. Vulcan hope that Amiga Users will pick this up with 1000's levels appearing all over Aminet from creative Amiga users.
