This month appears to be the month that heralds the release of top quality demos that have stunned and brought much excitement.
OnEscape is one of the most magnificent demos I have ever played leaving me almost speechless and wondering whether I was dreaming. The special effects of this Flashback and Another World type game is bound to lead you putting it on your Christmas shopping list, especially with the attention to detail. If you don't play this demo then your have to be insane.

Strangers a beat'em up in the style of the old Renadge games is the second demo to be released with the new demo bringing speech with plenty blood and violence that leaves you wanting more. The demo has been cut down and it is limited but it definitely gives you a good idea of the game. The Gameplay is excellent and the added bonus is that you can have two player or even three players.

News just came that a demo of Gloom 3 soon to be released by Guildhall Leisure has been released. The developers are not Black Magic but a little known company called Alpha Software. This will be one of the new CD-Rom titles to be released by Guildhall Leisure.
