If you are a regular reader of Amiga Review you may be wondering where Issue 3 is. Well unfortunately MediaSoft had to shut down it`s operations until the 25th of December. This was due to many problems such as their main printer breaking down, fautly coverdisk`s and lenghty delivery times. But now the company is being reorganised and restructured.
So Issue 3 of Amiga Review will be released on the 1st of January 1997 with I quote "spot colour and a new-look". They`ll also be releasing another magazine called The Domain in February. This mag will be packed with PD reviews, features and will have one coverdisk.
Some interesting news was that some Amiga magazines will no longer let them advertise in their magazines which is very disappointing. Hopefully they will change their minds as it would be wrong to kill AR as they support the Amiga.
Something else which was brought to my attention was that they are owed around £5,000 pounds from people who havn`t payed for Issues 1 and 2. So pay up or the heavy mob will be visiting. Anyway this hasn`t stopped MediaSoft as now they are putting £10,000 into making Amiga Review even better.
I can also confirm that MediaSoft are continuing their development of Devil`s Child which will be a over head speech adventure. Hopefully I`ll have more info later. At the moment for more info their temporary web site is at:-
