GUI

• Ability to edit and view .pov/.ini/.inc files.
• Fuller AREXX support.
• Ability to preparse .ini files into the GUI's current settings.
• 'Presets' feature, letting user set a collection of presets, and choose from them later.

Hopefully I'll be releasing a patch very soon for the datatype loader and HAM display. Keep an eye on the support page.
