A  simple  set  of commands allowing running your Amiga Workbench with more
memory,  including  user-startup conversion allowing not to run any patches
or  additional  programs.   Assigns  will  stay,  even  if user-startup was
modified!   There's even a MUI based prefs program to choose dibable/enable
ENVArc->ENV  option  and user-startup mode - can be executed fully (line by
line),  partially  (only  commands  like  Assigns,  Path,  If  etc and with
"SAFETOEXECUTE" comment).
