Usage: akt option arg


option: CPU
argument: cpu               (i.e: 000, 010, 020, 030, 040 and 060)
return: WARN if not found   (anything else than 010-060 is assumed to be 000)

option: OS
argument: osversion      (i.e: 39, or 40 etc.)
return: WARN if OS is older

option: CHK
argument: file1 file2
return: WARN if file2 is older than file1

option: VER
argument: file
return: idstring       (i.e: for redirection to a DOS var etc. No linefeed)
        WARN if no idstring

option: ASN
argument: assign             (assign, device, volume etc.)
return: WARN if not found    (no "Please insert volume" requesters :-)
