Requires minimum:
 * OS 3.x
 * MC68020
 * A mounted PIPE: handler !!
 * The PCD decoder 'pcdtoppm' (included in this archive) in our path.

Additionally recommended:
 * render.library for color reduction for non-CGX users.
 * CyberGraphX with picture.datatype V43.x for 24-bit images.
 * MUI 3.x for the preferences.

With the help of the pcd.datatype, your datatype sytem is able to read Photo-CD images.

This archive is Freeware !
Do with it what you want, as long as you do not remove any files from this archive !
