In general BT do not reduce their rates for bank holidays,
If they do it is usually announced in the press.

Note
There are various discount scheems you may subscribe to,
too many to include in a general rates file.
International Nos are not included either.

I have no information on Mercury or cable call rates,
perhaps someone could produce a rates file for these
and supply to Sascha,to include on his CallMan www site.
