The basic kit includes a 2-channel 2-stick transmitter and a twin "turbo"fan receiver that weighs only 2 ounces complete! Add a 36" mylar balloon from a party store (or get our mylar do-it-yourself balloon kit) fill with helium, add a couple of batteries, attach the receiving unit with "turbo"fans and that's pretty much it! You're ready to fly! Indoors, at home, your office, the gym, any indoor space! (You wouldn't want it to disappear outdoors!)
Using the same idea, you can attach the receiving unit to a floating platform or to a base with wheels and then you've got a boat or a car. Only your imagination is your limit. Definitely a hacker's dream: Inexpensive and fun.
