LotsaDistortion Blanker

This is simply the coolest blanker module ever!
It is, I must admit, inspired by a similar (but
not as good :) blanker for Windoze. This one,
however, has more effects. Some of them are
firmly based on physical and geometrical models,
while others are purely mathematical formulas.
Beware, however, that uses quite a lot of memory
(especially on doublebuffer mode) and lots of
CPU power. Well... Enjoy.
