Notes on printing the PostScript format documentation ===================================================== Starting with v4.4 the PostScript format `term' documentation has been specially processed to allow proper double-sided printing using either a standard PostScript compatible printer or rasterizer. There should be four files included with the file you are currently reading: term_even.ps term_odd.ps termRexx_even.ps termRexx_odd.ps The "even" files hold the data for the "left" sides of the document pages, this includes the title page. The pages are stored in ascending order (0, 2, 4, 6, etc. -- yes, we start with page #0 here). The "odd" files hold the "right" side page data, including the last page of the document. Pages are stored in descending order, starting with the last document page (e.g. 123, 121, 199, etc.). To produce a manual, first print the "even" file, when finished flip the paper over so that the next piece of paper to be printed is the last piece of paper that was printed during the "even" run. Make sure you get the paper orientation right.
