Allows the use of type1 fonts with any Amiga font-using program, via the
bullet.library mechanism. Comes with a (simple) font-manager.

This was entirely written by Amish S. Dave, but unfortunately had a couple of
bugs in places I needed to use. I have fixed these and made a few changes to
the font manager to (hopefully) make it easier to use.

Bumped the revision to 1.5 .
