This is a driver for the Logitech FirstMouse+, a clone of the
Microsoft IntelliMouse; it might well work with the MouseMan+ as well.

It supports the wheel (used in Wintel-land for scrolling &c.).
Applications (gadget classes, anyone?) must currently support
MouseWheel explicitly in order for the wheel to work as more than a
middle mouse button.
