To install , extract the archive to a temporary directory and double click
"Install Kuang Eleven" icon

Hot News


   * YOU MUST NOT INSTALL LIKE YOU DID BEFORE.Meaning before you would
     extract to the amIRC directory.Now you install K11 like any other
     application.Extract it to your temp dir (RAM:) and click the
     Installer.
   * Kuang Eleven is targeted by the malicious pirate group DC (Digital
     Corruption).I suspect they will try to upload trojan versions to BBS's
     or send backdoored versions through IRC.This brings on new
     distribution rules and tips.

Distribution

   * To be sure you are downloading a backdoor/trojan free version,
     download the Kuang Eleven 3 archive from Aminet :
     Aminet:comm/irc/KuangEleven3.lha
   * Download only from trusted XDCC distributors.Trusted distributors can
     be found on Galaxynet Amiga channels.
     Trusted XDCC distributers will have a text on their XDCC servers
     saying : "Trusted Kuang Eleven 3 distributor"
   * To become a trusted distributor you must request me to authorize
     you.Users without authorization who say they are trusted distributors
     will have some trouble coming back to #amiga_warez.You may,off course,
     offer Kuang Eleven without being a trusted distributor, but then some
     users will rather download from someone else.

History from 2.8:

   * GUI will now load onto the front most screen instead of the AmIRC
     screen.Changes/fixes in GUI.
   * Fixed /IG and /UIG.
   * Added Debug stuff to the GUI+CMD with helptext.
   * fixed all arexx error 16 in all scripts (was ignored but still
     incorrect).
   * Added Temporary DCC autoget from nick feature.This feature enables
     scripts to dcc autoget files from someone and then disable it when all
     files are done.This is a feature that may or may not be activated by
     Kıı plugins and addons, such as xdccget.amirx.

     Numeric Ip's will be added as 12.34.56.* (was 12.34.*)
     any ip which doesnt have numbers after the domain will be

     provides theoretical speedup (untested).
   * Updated FAQ.

   * /AWAY,/BACK rewritten to support more arguments /AWAY ? or /BACK ? to
     see syntax. there should be bugs :)

   * Added /XDCC LEECH option.
   * Improved reconnect.amirx

   * /kc quer and in gui under Misc/AutoModes "Query Windows" if this is
     enabled DCC Chat autoget will open a query window.
   * Changed /KGUI behaviour again.im fed up with this so now its up to the
     user to decide on which pubscreen it opens. Every user can now set it
     with MUI Prefs to or whatever.

   *  XDCC Queue did not handle correctly aborting a queue to someone that
     isnt around anymore.Queue will now check if port is still active.

   * Moved XDCC configs from Kuang11c to kuang11cmd it will be faster now.
   *  /CTCP ... PAGE away message was wrong if AWAYNICK was used.

   * Changed stuff in the handling of channel floods protection
     Checks for host instead for user@host when kicking clones
     Join floods now handled by same routines in handleflood.amirx
     Join flooders are now ignored
   * handleflood.amirx will now work even without K11.Includes
     configuration *defaults* which are overwritten with K11 config.

   * Added new feature : Floodnet protection.This will check incoming CTCP
     requests from all hosts instead of just one.Bad thing is that its
     doesnt work well with XDCC , but it will protect from an eggdrop
     floodnet.
     To enable use /KC FNET or from the UI.
   * Connected.AMIRX now executes _Connected.AMIRX to maintain
     compatibility with AmIRC features.
   * Introduced Timer.AMIRX to solve some problems.Executes commands after
     specified time passed.
   * MassModes protection is now MORE harsh.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.It now
     deop/bans/kicks and changes nick to random for 30 seconds.WORK ON YOUR
     MODE SENSOR!ENABLE ONLY REQUIRED PROTECTION MODES!

   * Implimented AmIRC Arexx : "GETPROGDIR"
     (kuang11.amirx,kinstall.amirx,dccdone.amirx,kuang11cmd.amirx,autogetsounds.amirx)
   * Implimented QueueRAW in most scripts.Heavily affected :
     Wallchops!Should not excess flood now. Also XDCC should be
     improved.All auto responses replaced.
   * New command : /KDCC [nick] will get a filename from you, lha it and
     send to the nick you enter.After the file is sent the temporary lha
     file is deleted.On sending of TXT files you will probably wait half
     the time,becuase lha can compress much better than your modem+PPP
     connection.The file will also be unpacked on the remote end,plus
     options on the compressor(zip).
   * GUI Now works with MUIREXX 3, thanks to FastFredy^DC !

   * /KDCC now supports remote extracting, ie the files sent with KDCC will
     be extracted upon retreival.
   * Fixed Problem with ~ in username

   * /KBAN now replaces /KB,/BK,/PBAN and sports TIME parameter (timebans).
   * Fixed for PAL/NTSC timing (was PAL)
   * acmd.amirx removed (was faulty),amsg.amirx ( already in kuang11cmd)

   * The library is ready.
   * Kuang11.amirx - the events handler modified to use the
     library.Includes : removing old calls so that arexx will use library
     calls,Making all frineds list calls to use full hostname as argument.

     to use the library for them.

   * Fixed bug when /xdcc plist would cause excess flood on galaxynet.
   * /AMSG , /ANOTI will now check if user is connected and delay if he is
     not.

   * Fixed bug where /XDCC anoti would not turn on xdcc if XDCC was
     disabled and launched the wrong script (Nitram).
   * Download Manager removed, MIME Prefs does same thing with more
     features.

   * New C=/ESCOM Installer script, Install scheme.However, YOU MUST NOT

     input on how to improve it , make it more lamer proof.
   * shutdown.amirx did not see correct number of AmIRC ports opened with
     faster CPU's.
   * Problem with /load causing "!" to be hilited fixed.

   * /listf output fixed for fixed fonts to look like a table.
   * Faster routines for handling config files.
   * Don't be alarmed that on installation amirc will pop up and delete all
     your aliases ;)

   * Included : AmIRC plugin for Aliases.Config file placed in
     Kuang11/Aliases.
   * Away/back aliases from the aliases plugin are overridden with the
     amirc /away alias, so they are now added as normal amirc aliases.

   * Removed /RANSK
   * "Send XDCC list file" instead of message , autogets the file and
     displays the list contents to the user.Also enable/disable with
	 /XDCC FLIST
