Verkosoft were covered on Amiga Flame a few months back as another new Publisher who have entered into the Amiga Games Market and already they are starting to make their mark, their newest signing is that of Moonbases from developers Homegrown Software.
Moonbases is a real-time strategy game influenced by Dune II, Command & Conquer and Warcraft II. It features raytraced in game graphics along with music and sound effects including speech.
It's got a flexible game interface for controlling your forces and the enemy have artificial intelligence that provides plenty of challenge. But if you want even better challenging action you can have a 2 player link up via serial cable or modem. The one player action goes along the lines of a mission based game, there should be plenty.
VeroSoft have said it will be ready to be released in the next few months with it coming on disk and CD. It's good to see that new Amiga Publishers like Verkosoft are doing well in the Amiga Games Market.
