Keeps disks valid from accidential resets by catching the reset signal and
writing the bitmap information first.

-Included the RestList program that prints the installed reset handlers. 
 Should be used to detect possible software conflicts.

-The individual chunk sizes conflicted with the WAITVERIFY option. Fixed.
