Diamond was released into the public domain by Mike Halvorson
of Impulse, Inc. on March 5th, 1998. It is an ECS paint, image
processing, and batch processing program. It is also a file
converter between some of Impulse's proprietary file formats and
IFFs. This archive includes everything on the original release
disk including extensive documentation and example pictures and
projects.
