Added 3 new tooltypes:

MBOX=Path      - Directory in which all outgoing mails will be stored if FILE
                 option is used. Must be a directory.

UUXT=Path+File - Full path+filename of the UUxT program you are using for
                 attachments.

TEMP=Path      - Temporary directory. Used when making temp files and
                 attachments. Prefereably use somewhere with lots of space
                 if using large attachments.

NOTE TO YAM/YAM2 USERS

You must use the FILE option, and configure the outgoing path to either
YAM:Outgoing/ or in YAM2, find the correct drawer and guide the program to
it. YAM2 details are included when clicking the PATH button.
