Quasar Wars is a mix between a shoot-em-up and a simulator which is being developed by Light Designs. Amiga Flame has obtained Exclusive screenshots of this new exciting game.

The aim of Quasar Wars is that there are three planets of which you have to conquer. It contains well over 16 missions with there being bonus stages and stage bosses for you to go up against and many hidden suprises. You've got credits from which you can buy new weapons and upgrades for you ship so you can last longer up against the enemy.

There are weapons such as a variety of missiles, Rear and Forward Bombs, Napalm Bombs, Static Mines, Magnetic Mines, IR Flare, Upgrading your standard Machine gun, shields and your speed. There are many enemies such as UFOs, Air Interceptors and much, much more.

At the moment there is a demo of Quasar Wars available in Aminet and I highly recommend that everyone checks it out. It contains 4 specially designed missions which I am sure everyone would enjoy.
