This month has seen a flood of demos of the games most likely to be released at Christmas.
Already the Demo of the Month has covered three demos with still more pouring in all the time so with it being impossible to cover them all, I'm going to give you the run down on the ones to check out.
The first three to check on are in the Demo of the Month. Blade an exciting new RPG strategy game soon to be Published by newcomers Alive MediaSoft, Strangers a beat'em up in the style of the old Renadge games which has been already released by Vulcan Software, and the awesome OnEscapee an action adventure in the style of Flashback and Another World.
The ones not covered include Gloom 3 of which a new demo has been released without most the bugs. It does play very much like Gloom Deluxe but it should still offer plenty of shoot'em up Doom like action. Gloom 3 will be jointly distributed by Guildhall Leisure and Epic Marketing. Another big title will be recently covered Pinball Brain Damage which many people have said could be one of the top Pinball games on the Amiga. A demo of Sixth Sense Investigations a graphic adventure in a comedy style has just been released on Aminet. For any University readers this demo has been especailly made to help you download the demo without file size problems.
As you can see from this brief round up, demos are starting to be released every week and they are all well worth downloading and I hope you will check them out as the best way to find out whether a game is of your likely is to try out the demo. This should help build up your Christmas list - it is going to be a big Christmas for Games.
