This is an improvement of Alvaro Thompson's akMUIPrefs.
The original ones were written in Blitz-Basic so their file size was
very huge (about 50.000 bytes each tool !!).

With Alvaro's permission I have taken over the development of the akMUIPrefs.
They're now rewritten in C and have only 1/8 (!!) of the original size.

The archive also contains NewIcons for the akMUIPrefs from Bernt Bosma.
