This is a OS Format replacement, offering some features that were missing
from C='s Format.  This program will work in both OS2.04/2.1 and OS3.0/3.1,
taking into account features available in OS3.0+.

Adds the ability to install a valid OS2.0/2.1 and OS3.0+ valid bootblock, and
to shut off the Verifying of tracks.  Also will mark bad blocks as used in 
FFS/OFS bitmap blocks.

Requires Kickstart v37+.
