THE AMAZING CHANGING ACE
                  ------------------------
 
  Let's start with a nice easy one, yet very impressive 
  nonetheless.

  First of all you need the following three playing cards... 
  the ace of hearts, the two of diamonds and the three of 
  diamonds.

  The secret here is to set the cards up before you show 
  your unsuspecting victim.
  
  1: Hold the ace so that the heart is upside down.

  2: Next place the two of diamonds on top of the ace at an 
     angle. See Diagram.

  3: Then place the three of diamonds on top of the ace, at 
     the opposite side to the two, also at an angle. 


  Amazingly, if you are holding the cards correctly, you will 
  see that it uncannily looks as though you are holding the 
  ace, two three of diamonds.

  Show the three cards to your victim and ask him/her what 
  cards you are holding and smile when they tell you you are 
  holding the ace, two, three of diamonds.

  To make the trick more effective, choose a flat surface and 
  then count the cards face down on to it. This way it can be 
  seen that you definately only have three cards.

  Pick them up and ask them one final time what you are hold-
  ing. Again it will be the ace, two, three of diamonds.
 
  Now you can amaze them right out of their socks by throwing 
  down the two, then the three of diamonds, followed by the 
  ace of hearts.

  The most pleasant part of the trick follows this, where you 
  can relish the look on their amazed faces.
