They were all originally drawn on paper, then scanned using a Powerscan mono handscanner
and painted over in PhotogenicsSE. The icons were created using PPaint 7.

Cyborg Moon was drawn on A4, so I scanned it in two parts and "stuck" them together in
ImageFX 1.5. I've inclued two versions of the final image, one is the full size 720*1000
JPEG file, the other is a scaled down HAM8 version.

River City also filled an A4 page, but I decided to only use a section of the sketch.
