This is GNU Emacs V19.30, compiled for NetBSD-1.1 and X11R6, 
compiled with POP-support and the Lucid-Toolkit.

You can simple install it by doing this steps:

# cd /
# tar xvpzf emacs-19.30.tar.gz /
# cd /usr/local/emacs-19.30/install
# ./install.sh

The last step makes links for the bin and man dir in
/usr/local/emacs-19.30 to /usr/local
