Short: Hardware Diagnostics for Emplant

Complete hardware diagnostic check program for EMPLANT.  Tests all
functions of the hardware, including circuitry not used yet.

This version has SCSI test routines and caches are disabled during testing
(040 friendly).

*NOTE* A new emplant.library is included with this archive...you must use
it.
