@NODE FORMATS "Formats"
@{b}@{u}3.1 Formats@{uu}@{ub}

@{b}Load :@{ub}

IFF ILBM - Amiga® standard format, up to 256 color format supported
              compressed or uncompressed (ByteRun1 / XPK)
              no 24 bit pictures yet

Datatypes - all installed and to the system known picture Datatypes are
              supported

IFF XTVF    - XTrace format (@{b}XT@{ub}race @{b}V@{ub}ector @{b}F@{ub}ormat)
              Is used to save all important data (all bitmap and/or vektor
              data) of a picture

@{b}Save :@{ub}

IFF XTVF - XTrace format (see above)

@{b}Export :@{ub}

IFF DR2D - very compact IFF vector format, used by PageStream, ProVector
              etc. Very useful for Amiga®-only applications (PageStream,
              Provector, DrawStudio ...)

EPSF - system independant vector format by Adobe®, Inc.
              Copyright by Adobe®, Inc.

              Is supported by nearly all DTP-programs and others, as well as
              UNIX, Mac-OS, Amiga OS, MS-DOS and Windows.

              Needs lot of memory, but high compress factor.

EPSI - system independant vector format by Adobe®, Inc.
              Copyright by Adobe®, Inc.

              Like EPSF, but includes a preview picture in ASCII-format

EPSB - system independant vector format by Adobe®, Inc.
              Copyright by Adobe®, Inc.

              Like EPSF, but includes a preview picture in TIFF-format

              The preview picture will be saved with a transparency mask,
              to display transparent areas, created by @{"Make pen transparent" link XTrace_Usage.guide/MENU_MAKEPENTRANS },
              also in the pre view transparent.
              Unfortunately, some programs doesn't support this feature of
              TIFF V6.0.

Navigator
Titler Logo - 3D-Format for Michiel den Outer's Navigator Titler (Aminet)
              (see @{"FAQ" link XTrace_Miscellaneous.guide/FAQ} also).

DXF 2D - system independant vector format by Autodesk, Inc.
              Copyright by Autodesk, Inc.

              With this format, you can import vectorpictures from XTrace into
              CAD programs.

DXF 3D - system independant vector format Autodesk, Inc.
              Copyright by Autodesk, Inc.

              With this format, you can import vectorpictures from XTrace as
              3-dimensional object into, for example, raytracers.

Navigator
Titler Font - 3D-Font-Format for Michiel den Outer's Navigator Titler (Aminet)
              (see @{"FAQ" link XTrace_Miscellaneous.guide/FAQ} also).

IFF ILBM - see above, usage of XTrace bitmap operators.

@NODE WORLDMAP "Project Worldmap"
@{b}@{u}3.2 Project Worldmap@{uu}@{ub}

This project shows where XTrace is used worldwide. Every registered user
will be marked in a worlmap picture.

To realise this I need the name of the next big city in your neigbourhood
(if you are living in a small town or village) when you are @{"registering" link XTrace_Introduction.guide/REGISTER }.

This map is included with XTrace and can be @{"viewed" link WorldMap.iff/Main }.

 @{b}Q:@{ub} How can I create 3D fonts for NTitler ?

 @{b}A:@{ub} 1. Load the font with the menue item @{"Project / Load font" link XTrace_Usage.guide/MENU_LOADFONT}.

    2. Trace it with @{"Bitmap process / Trace" link XTrace_Usage.guide/MENU_TRACE}

    3. Use the @{"Slope" link XTrace_Usage.guide/MENU_SLOPE} operator if you want to remove jaggy borders of
       the traced image.

    4. Export it with @{"Project / Export picture / Vectors" link XTrace_Usage.guide/MENU_EXPORTPIC}
