What is it?
AGPLapTime is a utility which may be used to log entire races, in detail.
The package itself consists of 4 executables... AGPLapTime (the logger),
AGPLap (displays log files as text), AGPLapMix (mixs a number of log
files together - by Grant Reeve) and AGPLapD (displays logs as a graph -
by Grant Reeve).
Things that are logged include lap times, fastest laps, car setups, pitstops
and retirements. The computer cars can be logged as well as the player's
car.
