Installing

CliMaster needs a minimum version of Gui4Cli 3.1, which is included.
However, the installer will check to see if Gui4Cli is already
installed, and if so will not install the included Gui4Cli, since some
scripts written under older versions will not run with v3.1 due to
changes in the listview commands.
