Version: 1.10

Replaces: SinED.lha

MAJOR CHANGES FROM VERSION V1.01:
---------------------------------
	- Recompiled. It seems that V1.01 had some troubles that prevented
it from running in certain systems. Hopefully the problems are now
	  gone.
	- DrumGenerator rewritten. It's now fully participating in internal
	  multitasking.
	- Screen refresh rate detection could fail in some cases. This should
be fixed now. Statistics window now shows the detected rate with
	  CPU and possible FPU.
	- Lots of bugs fixed.

Welcome to SinED v1.10, the most powerful sample editor/generator so far.

This program is without a doubt the most powerful shareware sample
editor/generator so far. The reason this is written, is because I
needed a decent sample edtior, but the ones available were more or
less pathetic. It doesn't have to be that the only good sample editors
are available only for those who have a DSP installed in thier
machines. SinED will fix this problem!

Hype?? Perhaps, but still take a look.

This is shareware and registration fee is $20 USD or equivalent
amount in your own currency. This version is fully functional except
	that saving is not allowed.

Requirements:
-------------
	- Any amiga with KS2.04+. Also NTSC machines will do, because of the
	  smart GUI system.
	- Depending on your purposes a lot of memory. 16bit samples can take
a lot of space. The program itself, however, can be launched with
only 100 kb of free RAM. This program works with for example VMM.
	- 020+ and maths co-processor is strongly recommended but not
	  required.

Just take a look at the list about the features that SinED provides
to you. You will not believe your eyes.

Advantages:
-----------
	* It's *very* easy to use!

	* Supports AHI.device for sound output. (Ahi.device V4+ is required,
	  BTW.)

	* All calculations are made in 16 bit accuracy. This ensures that
all calculated effects and operated samples have the best possible
quality. 8bit samples are just an option.

	* Currently SinED is capable to create Sines, box, triangular and
saw -waves, not forgetting the white noise (and clear :).

	* This version includes following effects: Backwards, Flip, Normalize,
Shadow, Blur, Boost, Filter, Maximize, Minimize, Mix, Modulate,
Echo, Cleanup, Convert, Flange, Upsample, Downsample and Siren.

	* Some effects are combined in a way that you can create cool sound
sweeps. For example you can combine the filter and the boost options
to create for example an opening filter. Also the flange can be used
to calculate flange sweeps. I remind that all effects are smooth due
	  the 16bit calculating accuracy.

	* Samples can have unlimited length. Only your amount of memory will
slow down you work. It works with virtual memory too, although only
	  VMM is tested.

	* SinED also presents a drumfill generator. With it you may create
drumfills of almost any kind. Only thing you need is a sence of
rhythm and decent drum samples. SinED does the calculations.

	* Samples can be displayed in four different drawing styles. Lines,
	  Pixels, solid and inverse.

	* Most common sample format are supported, like IFF-8SVX, IFF-16SV,
WAV and AIFF not forgetting RAW8 and RAW16. This version supports
only MONO samples but this will be fixed in the future.

	* Multilevel undo option. Only your memory limits the actions.

	* Handeditting is possible. Cut, copy, paste, zoom and ranges are
available and can be easily combined with the effects.

	* And the best is yet to come: This program really works!! It doesn't
crash randomly, like some programs I've seen. Take a look at this
	  one!

Under work, but still missing from this version:
------------------------------------------------

	* No stereo or surround sample modes. Currently Only MONO is
	  supported.
