STWeb V 0.01 alpha - attempt 2

 Introduction
 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
 STWeb displays html pages like a web browser.  At the moment it is not
 very good and only supports a few tags.

 Tags Supported By STWeb:-

 1. <hr>            - Horizontal Line.
 2. <b></b>         - Bold.
 3. <i></i>         - Italic.
 4. <title></title> - Set Title.
 5. <a></a>         - Link. - Displays them in white.
 6. <img>           - Image - Displays '<*>' instead.
 7. <br>            - Goto New Line.

 To use STWeb open a new shell and type:-

 STWeb <html_file_path_and_name>

 If you would like to see the source code for STWeb please e-mail me at the
 address at the end of this readme. and I will tell you the password to
 decript it using DMS

 Decompress the source:- Requires a blank disk
 open shell and type:

 DMS Write source.dms To DF0: DECRYPT <place_password_here>

 STWeb V 0.01 alpha is FreeWare.  This means that you can use the program
 freely but I still own the copyright.  This means that:-

 1. You can NOT disassemble or edit the program without written permission
    from the author (Stuart Kelly).

 2. You may NOT edit any of the documents that come in the archive.

 3. You may use the program as many times as you like for free.

 4. You may copy the program as may time as you want as long as the archive
    remains intact.
