<>@6WHAT EXACTLY IS LICENCEWARE? ============================@4 It is for customers who are sick of paying up to £2 for a PD disk only to find it is a DEMO version. For a little more money Licenceware gives you THE FULL VERSIONS of the best software currently available. Licenceware is NOT Public Domain. It is copyright the author and you must not copy or give it to anyone else as this is illegal and can lead to prosecution. If you copy and give away or sell Licenceware then you are breaking the copyright laws of this country. You are in-effect stealing from the author. Every time you buy an F1 Licenceware product the author of that product will receive a royalty, 25% of the retail price. Licenceware is a lot cheaper than its commercial equivelent because it does not come in fancy boxes or with printed manuals (usually). F1 are changing all this though, see F1 GOLD. @1 EVERY F1 DISK YOU BUY SHOULD HAVE THE OFFICIAL F1 BLUE AND WHITE LABEL ON IT, IF NOT, PLEASE REPORT THIS TO F1 IMMEADIATELY, STATING WHEN AND WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT, IN STRICTEST CONFIDENCE.@4 @3 P.S Some Amiga magazines are driving us crazy by calling Licenceware, P.D, it IS NOT, the mags are using the term P.D in a very generalised sense. So much so that beginners/newcomers to computing find it very confusing. @2 All of our products are exclusive to F1 and our distributers, you cannot legally buy it anywhere else.
