Welcome to the drawSTUDIO news page; below are some recent announcements concerning the package.

17 Feb 97

  • The CD version is now available. All those who ordered the CD version should now have received their CD - please contact us if this not the case.
  • Users are starting to send us language translations for the program. If you have translated the "language.msg" file for your native language and wish other drawSTUDIO users to benifit, please send it to us and we'll put it on the Web.

12 Jan 97

  • Released v1.1.0. Free upgrade patches are available from this Web site or from Aminet.
  • Released v1.1.0 demo; this is also available from Aminet.
  • The CD version (v1.1.0) is now finished and being duplicated.
  • We are currently working on:
    • More import/export filters.
    • Full 24bit screen display on CyberGraphX.
    • Full 24bit printing using TurboPrint and CanonStudio.
    • Many other things...

  • We are working hard on putting the final touches to the CD version of the program, ready for release at the start of January '97. The program is now fully localised, with English and German catalogues being supplied initially; more languages will follow. The program now fully supports extended characters in text objects.

  • Complete redesign of Web pages. Updated the information and added much more

  • LH Publishing to act as the publisher and distributor for the package in the UK and the rest of the world. Additional American and European distributors will be announced soon
  • Pricing information released, including a 10 percent discount if your order is received before the end of October '96.
  • Demo version of the program released. The demo version is in the form of a pre-release beta version of the program with all the features available except with saving and printing disabled. The demo is available from these Web pages
