Hello there!
This is a new page that I'm going to be doing each week, just giving
an overview on what news there is this week and giving my opinions on
whats new in the Amiga Games world. It'll probably be totally boring
but I'm going to do it anyway :).
One announcment recently that I see as really good news is that Vulcan
are going to go virtually CD only. This in my opinion is the way to
go, CD will allow game developers to put much more into there games,
with space not being a problem. Hopefully this will help the Amiga
catch up with the PC which has had CD games as a standard for a long
time now. For more info on Vulcans stride forward read my news article on it.
On a not so positive note, the amount of replies from the games
petition has been quite bad. All replies from this are being sent to
games companies all over the world, you may think that it won't make
any difference but there is a chance it WILL. Just take a few
minutes of your time to fill in the form on the games petition page and the rest will be done
for you.
Oh, almost forgot. I'm thinking of doing a best scores page, where yoy
lot send me your best scores/times for any game and I put them on the
page for comparison against other peoples scores. Let me know what you
think.
Well, thats is for this week. Seeya next week, where among other
things there will be a review of Worms - The Directors Cut.
Amiga Nutta
Well, there hasn't been much movement of the Amiga games front recently
so this week, I have included a bit of info about a few games that
slipped by before. One of these games is 'In
Shadow of Time' it looks particulily good, and is a game that I am
very much looking forward too. You also find some info on Nemac IV -The Directors Cut, just a few
screenshots really, more info soon.
