Don't let phone bills come as a shock.....

This program allows the detection, costing and logging of phone calls
automatically by using a modem's Carrier Detect signal.  No more 'click here
to start call, then click here when finished'.

The cheap, peak, and weekend charge rates are fully configurable via a GUI.
Minimum charges (a la BT) are also configurable.  In addition, VAT and
customer discounts can be specified.

Can be run from CLI or WB.
