CleverWin is a Smartwin clone, which uses the notifyintuition.library
to patch the OpenWindowTagList function of intuition, so that all
windows will be opended in the fast smart refreshmode.
In opposite to SmartWIN you can select which pubscreens and tasks should
be ignored. This is useful for shell windows, which only feature cut and 
paste in simple refresh mode.
