Alien F1: A stunning New Racing Game
Alien F1 is looks to be everyone's answer to a sequel of Formula One Grand Prix with it be far more advanced both in gameplay and in graphics. The game is described as being a fully texture-mapping/ light-sourcing /gouraud-shading 3D GFX Engine in 1x1 full screen and it certainly is after playing the demo from Aminet.
Although it is hard to drive with it being mouse controlled, you can see instantly the astounding quality of this game. The racing car shows the reflections of clouds on the bonnet of the car as well as on the other computer cars. When you even go under the bridges you get a reflection of the bridge and the advertisement on it.
In the full game, you will be able to control the set up of the car so you can change Tires, Shocks, Spoilers, GearBox settings and plenty more to make your car the best. The tracks will be far bigger with the full 22 racing cars on the track at the same time. In the demo you can see that the computer has excellent intelligence with them recovering from a spin faster and being able to avoid cars without going of the track.
The full game will be a real challenge to every racing fan. At the moment he is looking for a Publisher but after looking at these screenshots, I think that won't be a problem. You can contact the developer at this e-mail address:-
