If SAVEFORMAT is set to COLOUR then this gadget can be used to specify that colour remapping should use a 12 bit palette. The default is to generate an 18 bit palette.
You should specifying this parameter if you are viewing the image on a pre AGA machine as the image conversion is much quicker.
