In order to install AHI, do the following:

 Copy Devs/AudioModes, Devs/ahi.device and Devs/ahi to DEVS:.
(Note that you should generally not install the drivers for hardware
you don't own, it just wastes memory.)

AddAudioModes does not have to be run before AHI is used anymore. The first
time ahi.device is opened, it will automatically initialize the database.
