    NETANNOUCE site,filespec site,filespec ... site,filespec
    A  netmnail  annoucment  will be sent to this site when a file matching
    filespec is hatched. The sites should NOT be conected to the fileecho.
    filespec is in amigaos pattern matching.

    if filespec is not included,previous one is used.
