Full public release.  Tidied a few small things, but not many changes
from 0.85.  0.85 has been running for (well) three months now, and has
not missed a list, nor crashed.  That's reliable enough for release!!

(PS: When GlobalNet lists changed from .ARC to .ARJ, it did miss a list
- but that wasn't the program's fault!)

Later today:  Checked the code as it became conceivable that more than
20 nodelists might be needed...  Found the docs were wrong, and up to 50
lists could be specified in Versions 0.7 and 0.8.  Went one step further
and increased the limit to 100 lists, and added code to abort if more
than 100 nodelists/diffs (etc) were specified in the config!  Previously
if you had exceeded 50 lists, the program would have guru'd.  (I never
saw it but that's the way GFA does it when you have an array index out
of range in a compiled module).

Added some code to not process the working dir, nor run the script file
if no files can be found in the working directory.
