The Foozle archive no longer contains utilities that do not directly
belong to Foozle (i.e. are necessary to use Foozle). The following list
consists of programs that might be useful for your FidoNet setup. All of
these (and many more ;-) can be obtained from 2:247/4 (and probably many
other systems) by filerequesting the given name.
