ConvPkt is a program that can convert FidoNet *.pkt files to different
charsets. With a few simple script files, you can use it to convert 
both incoming and outgoing mail.

Changes in this version:

 - ConvPkt now preserves the comment, protection bits and date of
   the files it processes. Some programs ad problems when the
   comment was removed from the files...

ConvPkt is a free program released under the concept of FreeWare.
