Before installing ASTG 1.8, please read this!!!

Due to a problem in how I was handling the prefs file, there was
an insidious bug in ASTG that caused varying effects, usually
ending in a crash.  In order to fix this without getting too
complicated, I had to change the format of the prefs file.

In order to use ASTG 1.8, you will need to delete the file
ENV:ASTG.Prefs.  From the CLI, type:

   delete ENV:ASTG.Prefs

Then run the NEW ASTG Prefs and configure it to match your
system.




IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, YOU WILL DOUBTLESSLY SUFFER MANY CRASHES.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

If you have been using ASTG 1.6 beta or later, you do not need to do this.
