   Added new option D=DEFAULT to put a default keyword in
   the string requester. This option is mutually exclusive
   with the KW=KEYWORD option.
   
   Suggested by Jérôme Chesnot and Gonzalez Rocha.

   Now looks for the following guide viewers, in this order:
   
   The viewer given as argument "VIEWER" if any, otherwise:
      SYS:Utilities/Multiview
      Multiview
      SYS:Utilities/AmigaGuide
      AmigaGuide 
   
   New option KW=KEYWORD, to look for a keyword directly without
   showing the string requester. Suggested by Pascal Chiozzi.
   
   Recompiled with SAS/C 6.57 (plus option OPTIMIZESCHEDULE).
