This is a mail notification program, configured through
tooltypes, which places an AppIcon on the Workbench.
Where it differs from Sabot is that it is a Commodity,
and additionally will quit if it is run again.

This program is MailWare - mail me to say thanks/no thanks/
do a better job next time etc...
