FUNCTION
  A hook is executed before a BlockCopy() is executed.  If it is the default block
that shall be the destination block, the block is first copied/cutted and then sent
to the clipboard device 0.

  If a paste of the default block is executed, a hook get the clipboard device 0 
string and paste that string instead.
