@NODE Introduction "IntuiCookie Hypertext Manual - Introduction"

@{u}Introduction@{uu}

IntuiCookie is a program that displays @{i}fortune cookies@{ui}.

The major advantage of IntuiCookie is that it uses Intuition to show a Cookie : it opens an requester and waits until you click on "Continue". This is very useful if, for example, you wish to copy IntuiCookie to your WBStartup.

IntuiCookie comes with 875 built-in cookies, data files are currently not supported.  @{"->Future" LINK Future}

@NODE Copyright "IntuiCookie Hypertext Manual - Copyright"

@{u}Copyright@{uu}

IntuiCookie is Public Domain.
This version is Copyright ©1995 Christian Kemp.

I occasionally deleted the source some months ago (yes, IntuiCookie is that old), but if you want it, just wait for an improved version.  @{"->Future" LINK Future}

@{u}Additional "Copyright"@{uu}

The cookies were found on the Aminet3 CD (/text/misc/fortunes).
They were uploaded to the Aminet by wloske@cip.e-technik.uni-erlangen.de.

@{u}Disclaimer@{uu}
IntuiCookie has been tested and should be without bugs. It is in my WBStartup drawer for over six months now and no error occured during this time.
(Or as a lawyer would say : I cannot be made responsible for any kind of damage resulting from the direct or indirect usage of IntuiCookie.)

@{u}Usage@{uu}

Using IntuiCookie is really easy! Start it by clicking on its icon, or alternatively enter its name in a Shell.
A requester with a random cookie will appear. Click on "Continue" to close the requester.

To install IntuiCookie in your WBStartup simply drag its icon in the SYS:WBStartup drawer.

@NODE Future "IntuiCookie Hypertext Manual - Future"

@{u}Future@{uu}

The following features @{b}may@{ub} be included in future versions:
(@{i}if I get some nice letters to motivate me@{ui} :-)

- Locale-support for OS2.1+ (has anyone got German or French cookies?)
- IntuiCookie will support data files.

- And, of course, your suggestions!

@NODE Outro "IntuiCookie Hypertext Manual - Outro"

@{u}Outro@{uu}

Now, for some useless blarb!

IntuiCookie was written on an A1200 with Kickstart/Workbench 3.0, a 250 Meg 2.5" HD, DKB 1240 accelerator with 68EC030/40MHz, 68882/50MHz and 4 Meg of RAM, BSC CD1200 (Tandem1200) with Mitsumi CD-ROM.

IntuiCookie was written in C.

As you may have noticed, IntuiCookies is an old program. It was written in early 1995 (1st January to be exact), but I was always to bored to write a doc for it and release it. Thus the >6 month delay.
