SIAMESE SYSEM, THE ALL IN ONE SOLUTION!

With the Amiga at the heart of the system, it is possible to run Amiga , PC and Macintosh software from the same platform (with the Emplant Mac emulator), whilst having all of the new features now being made available to the PC market with Windows 95 and the low cost of the hardware add-ons.

The Siamese kit includes the Video switching unit, communication lead, CrossDOS and system software to get you up and running straight away. You may then want to use the full SCSI networking system for file sharing, which will require the purchase of a SCSI card on both the Amiga 1200 (Surf Squirrel) or other Amigas (Oktagon, 4091) and the PC (NCR 810, etc.) Remember, not all Amiga or PC SCSI cards are suitable. The software already integrates the two platforms very well, and contiunuous development will ensure that the two platforms integrate even more seamlessly, with additional features planned. It does not matter what type of PC you have, as long as it is a good performing 386 or better. Should you want to use Multimedia then we strongly recommend a 486-DX2 as a minimum choice of processor, and you must upgrade to Windows 95 as the Siamese system is only compatible with Win95 and above, with preferably 8Mb of system ram.
