 This is a feature that I blatently stole from the MacOS 7.5.3 (which is where some features were
 inspired from, I don't care, the MacOS is still the BEST interface on the planet, Windows95
 is MacOS 1980!)
 
 When dragging icons they should be semi-transparent (user-definable of course) this allows you
 to see the icons underneath that you might be dragging it to, it also looks really cool!
 
 The trails on the picture are intended to decpict movement and are not necessarily part of the
 feature, although again it could be another user-definable option.
